Held on the River Yealm between the villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo, the River Yealm Regatta is a long-standing summer tradition celebrating the area's rich maritime heritage.

 

Taking place throughout July and August, what began as friendly competition between local rowing and sailing crews has grown into a vibrant community event, bringing together sailing and rowing races alongside a packed programme of shoreside activities and celebrations.
